Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We inspect and package every item to ensure quality before shipment.

Shipping Methods We ship via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Tracking information is provided automatically once your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Time Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Local Pickup Customers near McDonough, Conyers, Lithonia, and Stonecrest, GA may select local pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Freight & Oversized Items Large or pallet‑sourced items may ship via freight service. Freight deliveries require a valid phone number for scheduling.

Shipping Costs Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We occasionally offer flat‑rate shipping on select items.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assist with replacement or refund options.

International Shipping Currently, GrindCart ships only within the United States. Expansion to international markets is planned soon.
